Jon and Maureen Palashewski have been on pastoral staff at First Love Fellowship for over 13 years, serving in a wide range of ministry areas. Little Falls, Minnesota natives, Jon and Maureen both graduated from Concordia College, Moorhead, Jon with degrees in English, Spanish and education and Maureen in food and nutrition. They have three children, Rachel, Elena and Joshua Vasiliy who is  adopted from Russia. As a family, they enjoy traveling, the outdoors, swimming, music, and drama (both watching and doing!)

As Assistant Pastor, Jon is staff overseer of a number of ministries and is involved in discipleship and ministry development. Maureen oversees School of Healing and is staff overseer of Prayer Groups throughout the church. Together they head up the FLF Drama Ministry. They both feel privileged and honored to serve at First Love Fellowship, which is both a loving family and an army of light, rescuing people from darkness. They have always found First Love Fellowship to be a place that gives real answers to real questions, presents the Word of God clearly and powerfully, challenges the individual to be all he can be in Christ, provides true Holy Ghost ministry, extends the arms of loving fellowship, and keeps them smiling with fun activities and humor - in short, it's a great place to meet with and learn about God.
